How often should I take class?
In the beginning we recommend 3-5 times per week to see the best results and actual changes in your body. Most people feel a difference in posture and well being after just a few classes. After the first month you will notice improvements in muscle tone and definition. After the second month, everyone else will notice too!
Do I need to have dance experience?
Absolutely not. You really don’t need to be coordinated either. You are just going to look like a dancer, not play one on TV.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable working out in! We suggest leggings and a fitted top so instructors can easily correct form and alignment. And don't forget to wear socks if you're attending Barre Sculpt or Barre 45.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a pair of socks. (We sell the grippy ones if you want to pick up a pair.) We provide mats, and props like balls, straps and weights. We also offer water to keep you hydrated so bring your favorite water bottle!
I’m pregnant. Can I still take class?
YES! Taking class during pregnancy is a great way to stay fit without any risk of injuries to you and your little angel. If you are new to our studio, please bring in a note from your OB. Also, be sure to remind your instructor before class.
Can I take class if I have injuries?
Of course. This workout was designed to help people stay fit while recovering from injuries. Be sure to let your instructor know your sore spots and we will modify the exercises for you.
Which classes do I need shoes for and which are socks only?
Shoes: Cardio Sculpt, Barre HIIT, Trampoline Sculpt
Socks only: Barre Sculpt, Barre 45
