Our studio is located in the heart of Brentwood across from Whole Foods and Rag & Bone. Our classes are suitable for students of all levels and can be modified for most injuries and pregnancies. In class you'll use your own body weight, a ballet barre and props like balls, bands and gliders to transform your body and create long and lean muscles. Each of our instructors are trained extensively to ensure every client - whatever their age, shape or fitness ability-leaves class feeling empowered, centered and energized. When you walk through the doors of Barreworks Studio you're not only embarking on a fitness journey, but you're also joining a family that wants to see you succeed.
We are open 7 days a week with classes throughout the day. Free 90 minute parking is available in our garage with validation from the front desk.
In our signature 60 minute class we'll use props like the ballet barre, balls, bands and sliders to isolate and tone each muscle group sequentially. After a warm up in the center of the room we move to the barre for a stretch and some game changing leg work, and finally finish off class with a core sequence that will leave you quivering.
In this 60 minute class, we promise you don’t need to be a dancer or have any experience to have fun. We start the class with 20 minutes of easy to follow dance cardio and then bring out weights, bands, and gliders to tone and sculpt every muscle group. You can expect to laugh, sweat and burn a ridiculous amount calories. This dynamic class incorporates easy to follow dance steps that are designed to be energizing and invigorating.
We've taken our signature Barre Sculpt class and added 2 minute cardio intervals throughout. While you're recovering from your cardio intervals we'll push you to sculpt your arms, thighs, glutes and abs while your heart rate is still coming down to resting. You will burn some serious calories and boost your metabolism hours after your workout. And for those of you wondering, HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training.
In this 45 minute class, we will build upon what we have learned in Barre Sculpt. The transitions move very quickly with minimal setup. It is a full body workout, hitting multiple muscle groups with each exercise. Think less stretching and more sweating. Recommended for clients who have taken 3 or more Barre Sculpt classes.
